The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY2024 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eight Pesos and 60/100 (PhP 499,908.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Supply and Delivery of Window Blinds at the New Municipal Building located at Brgy. Poblacion, Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Supply and Delivery of Window Blinds at the New Municipal Building. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project worth at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Anao and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office from 9:00am to 4:00 pm 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 10 -17, 2024, from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00). 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before October 17, 2024, 10:00 a.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
