The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2024 PSS Lives intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php9,450,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 33-GOODS-LIVESTOCK-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial Bid is NOT allowed. 2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 now invites bids for the following: QTY Description Specification: -Landrace/Large White -Not less than 15 kilos in weight -Fully Vaccinated, Animals must be apparently healthy, free from communicable diseases and abnormalities. -Stocks must be from BAI accredited Farm -Must be quarantined and check before distribution to the recipient and with certification from the Livestock Program, RADDL and Regulatory Division to ensure and Prevent the possible diseases during travel from the source Note: Livestock MUST have travel permit, quarantine certificate and breed MUST come from ASF-free areas Unit Cost -7,000.00 Location of the Project -Masbate Breeding Station, -CHUDS, Catanduanes, -Camarines Sur, -SDPTC, Sorsogon Delivery of the Goods 1,350 heads Piglet -180 calendar days upon receipt of NTP -Staggered Delivery and Progressive billing Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4.
