The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VIII, through the funds SR2024-02-008239 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 3,798,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to one (1) lot as payment under the contract for Purchase/delivery of nine (9) units copier machines with AVR (3000 watts) and 1-set of toners (black, yellow, magenta, cyan) for use in the duplication, printing and scanning of documents at the DPWH Regional Office VIII, Baras, Palo, Leyte with Purchase Request No. 24GI0206. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VIII now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Required Delivery Date of Goods/Contract Duration is Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
