The Local Government Unit of Concepcion through the Supplemental Budget No.1 -Capital Outlay CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 170,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Transportation Vehicles for Police Mobilization/ITB-2024-037 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for Transportation Vehicles for Police Mobilization. Delivery of goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Local Government Unit of Concepcion and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM-5:00PM 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 22-29, 2024 from the address below LGU Concepcion, Romblon and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the office address as indicated below, October 29, 2024 at 2:00PM. Late bids shall not be accepted 7.
