The LGU Dolores, through the LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Fifty Pesos (P1,138,050.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2024-10GS-033 Purchase of Welfare Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LGU Dolores, now invited bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required fourteen (14) calendar days. Bidders should've completed a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bid Documents, particularly in section II. 3. Bidding will be conducted though the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in RA 9184. 4.
