QUALIFICATIONS a. The agency must be a full-service media agency with the required manpower/personnel and staff that is duly established in the Philippines. b. The agency must have been in existence for at least five (5) years and must have produced material targeting the Philippine domestic market during the last three (3) years. c. Preferably previously handled any of the following: i. Major brands of travel and/or tourism-related social media accounts, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, airlines, travel agencies, tourist attractions, and destination marketing organizations ii. Integrated marketing efforts for tourism-related events, such as festivals, conferences, and destination launches, resulting in significant brand visibility and attendee engagement iii. Clark-based tourism-related agency d. Must be a Pampanga-based agency. e. Accreditation or recognition from industry-leading organizations or awards for excellence in digital marketing. f.
