Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Description ABC (PhP) Price of Bid Documents (PhP) Procurement of Rents-Motor Vehicles in Support to the AARM 2024 Hosting for the Shooting Contingents, DCOAs Convoy, and ACAMM 12,652,000.00 25,000.00 2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required for the duration as specified in the schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184. 4.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the Philippine Army and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM) on weekdays only (excluding holidays). 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 16, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means. 6.The Philippine Army through PABAC1 will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on the time and date as specified below at the PA Bids and Awards Committee 1 Conference Room, PABAC Building, Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting via ZOOM, which shall be open to prospective bidders. Only one (1) representative per bidder will be accommodated at the venue. Others may participate through VTC with the link provided 1 hour prior to the activity. 7.Bids must be duly received by the PABAC1 Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before the date submission. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8.All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 9.Bid opening shall be on the date and address specified below and/or through video conferencing or webcasting.
