Maligaya, San Narciso, Quezon Approved Budget For the Contract (ABC): Php 499,830.00 Contract Duration : 30 days Note: Re-bid Prospective suppliers should possess a valid DTI License, Mayor’s Permit, PhilGEPS Registered, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The documents required in the eligibility documents shall be submitted as part of the technical documents of the supplier as provided in the Instructions to bidders. Eligibility/Technical and Financial documents must be book bound respectively. Any document submitted not book bound shall be rejected outright. Interested supplier may obtain further information for the Local Government Unit of San Narciso, Quezon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays.
