The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DIVISION IV (NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV) intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE AND 31/100 PESOS ONLY (₱9,485,221.31) for the Construction and Implementation of NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Infrastructure Projects for FY 2025. Bids received more than the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening. 2. NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV now invites bids for the below-listed Projects. a. PACKAGE No. RRENIS-D4-05 Name of Project: CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE LINING @ LATERAL J, (b=2.60m, Ss=2.60m), STA. 0+540 – 1+040 (L=0.500 km.) Project Location: Cabiao, Nueva Ecija Scope of Work: Improvement of Irrigation Facilities Approved Budget: ₱ 9,485,221.31 Contract Duration: 240 days Cost of Bidding Document: ₱ 10,000.00 PCAB Category: Small B Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5. Interested bidders may acquire a complete set of Bidding Documents from Oct. 22 – Nov. 08, 2024 from the given address below. 6. NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on Oct. 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM at NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Conference Room, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.
