The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF LABUAN through the Supplemental Budget FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS 00/100 ONLY (P1,750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 1 (One) Unit Motor Vehicle with Project No. G-24-10-02 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening. 2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF LABUAN now invites bids for the Procurement 1 (One) Unit Motor Vehicle. Delivery of Goods is required with fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have complete within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar in the project, the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents Particular, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” 4. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF LABUAN and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm starting October 07, 2024 to October 25, 2024. 5. A Complete set of Bidding Documents may be secured by interested Bidder from the address below. 6. The Barangay Government of Labuan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 15, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Barangay Hall of Labuan, ZaMboanga City which shall be open to all interested parties who have secured the Bidding Documents. 7. Bids must be delivered to address below on or before October 25, 2024 at 10:00 A.M at the Barangay Hall of Labuan. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Cash, Cashier’s/Manager’s Check Universal/commercial Bank, Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by Universal/Commercial Bank or from other bank certified by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and authorized to issued such financial instrument provided however that if shall be confirmed of authenticated by a Universal Commercial Bank if issued by a foreign bank in amount of Php. 35,000.00 or Surety callable upon demand issued by a Surety or Insurance Company duly certified by Insurance commission as authorized to issue such security in the amount of Php. 85,500.00 or any combination of the foregoing in the amount of proportionate to share of form with respect to total amount of security.
