Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Bindoy through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids from eligible supplier to enter contract based on award for the on October 15 – October 28, 2024. Item. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 15 – October 28, 2024, from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, of Five Hundred Pesos Only (P500.00). Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before October 28, 2024, at 1:30pm. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
