The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (MOOE, 5-02-13-990) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred One Pesos and Twenty Five Centavos (₱999,901.25) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Electrical Supplies (Ground Preparation for 2024 Christmas Season) for the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [2 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
