Completion of works for Project No.1 and for Project No. 2 are within 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
