The Barangay Lower Sibatang, through the Barangay funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “SUPPLY OF GRAVEL FOR THE FARM TO MARKET ROAD”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Lower Sibatang now invites Bids for “SUPPLY OF GRAVEL FOR THE FARM TO MARKET ROAD” at Barangay Lower Sibatang, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required thirty (30) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject.
