Invitation to Bid Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao del Norte Municipality of Talaingod 17 October, 2024 INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF CHEMICAL SUPPLIES (FOR DENGUE) (MHO-For spraying of mosquitoes) 1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on Purchase of Chemical Supplies. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for Purchase of Chemical Supplies. Delivery of goods is required within seven calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least two (2) similar contracts, the aggregate amount of which should be equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an Eligible Bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Government of Talaingod, Davao del Norte and inspect the Bid Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm from October 17, 2024 to October 24, 2024. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500.00). 6.
