Introduction UNDP South Sudan is looking for a consulting firm to work collaboratively with the UNDP South Sudan Communications Team especially Communications Specialists or Analyst to plan, develop, and share communication materials and content regarding the Governors’ Forum Conference with the various media houses and platforms, as well as handle media relations prior to and during the days of the event. The firm will build upon and operationalize a digital communications strategy which promotes widespread public awareness and use of the interactive features of the social media to promote discussion and participation for the conference.  Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
