IM delivers in-market support for UK businesses in 45 countries across the 9 HM Trade Commissioner (HMTC) regions, including North America. This procurement will fulfil the requirement for a single supplier to provide the IM service within the North America (USA & Canada) region. The Contract shall be for a period of 63 months which includes an implementation period of 3 months and two possible extension periods of 12 months each.
