FedRAMP Compliant Integrated Library System (ILS) to Include Discovery Tool Description Sole Source Notice The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) is the Nation's federal health sciences university and is committed to excellence in military medicine and public health during peace and war. Intent to Sole Source: The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for a firm-fixed-price contract with Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, to its integrated library system, Alma, to include it the discovery tool, Primo. The anticipated period of performance is five years (one base year plus four option years).
