The Sources Sought notice was 19AQMM24N0047. Place of Performance: Shall be The Royal Bahamas Police Force Police Training College located at Latitude N 25° 03- 20.8", Longitude W 077° 22- 03.7". Period of Performance: 180 calendar days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) Order of Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f) Competition Procedures: Full and Open (unrestricted). Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Contract Type: Hybrid Contract - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for construction CLINs and Cost Reimbursable for the Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance The approximate acquisition schedule is as follows: The synopsis will be posted for at least fifteen (15) days. On or around July 09, 2024, the Government plans to post thse solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM): http: sam.gov. No paper copies will be mailed.
