Overview	National Light Fixed Wing - Multiple Award Task Order Contract (NLFW MATOC) Reopen Description The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain Call When Needed fixed-wing aircraft operatedby qualified and proficient personnel and equipped to meet specifications contained herein. Exclusive Use (EU)aircraft will be selected using Task Order Request for Proposal (TORP) process (C-23). Aircraft and contractpersonnel will be used for the administration and protection of public lands. Relief personnel may be required toprovide daily (7-days per week) coverage during the period of performance mandatory availability period asspecified in the task order.The aircraft furnished may be used for special use missions supporting fire, project, resource, law enforcement, andpoint-to-point administrative flights. If the Contractor agrees to perform law enforcement flights, such agreementshall be in writing.The government has interagency and cooperative agreements with federal and state agencies and privatelandholders.
