Conversion of Hösmärinpuisto school into a daycare center Conversion of Hösmärinpuisto school into a daycare center City of Espoo Tilapalvelut-liikelaitos (later the Client) requests bids for the overall contract of the Hösmärinpuisto school conversion into a daycare center project. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in the tender documents attached to the request for tenders. The Hösmärinpuisto school and daycare building will be completely converted into a daycare. The contract also includes lifelong repairs, which e.g. waterproofing of the foundation walls, renewal of the elastic seams of the plinths, renovation/painting of the facades and, if necessary, renewal. Renovation/painting of windows and exterior doors and roofs and renewal of the water roof. The surfaces of the yard area are repaired or renewed. The building located on the plot has a total area of 3,324 brm² in terms of warm spaces, which would be enough to establish a kindergarten with at least 12 groups. FAMILIARIZATION VISIT: The customer requires the Bidder to participate in a mandatory familiarization visit organized by the customer before bidding. The customer rejects the offer if the offeror has not familiarized himself with the destination during a familiarization visit organized by the customer. Swimming pool maintenance and repair services with procurement of goods The city of Espoo, Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylä uimahalli and Weegee Oy are requesting bids for maintenance and repair services of swimming pools and outdoor pools of the city of Espoo's swimming halls and land-based swimming pools with procurement of goods that meet the requirements described in the request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement is divided into five (5) sub-areas: -OA1. Building technical services, tiled swimming pools, slides and whirlpools, maintenance and repair services with goods procurement (OA1), -OA2. Process automation, maintenance and repair services with goods procurement (OA2), -OA3. Maintenance and repair services for water treatment equipment and ozonators, including procurement of goods (OA3), -OA4. Steel swimming pools and steel pool accessories, maintenance and repair services including goods procurement (OA4), -OA5. Reverse osmosis equipment maintenance and repair services including goods procurement (OA5). The tenderer can offer according to his choice for one or more sub-areas. The procurement units make purchases in the following areas: City of Espoo OA1-OA5, Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylä swimming pool OA1-OA4 and Weegee Oy OA1-OA4. For sub-areas OA1-OA2, a maximum of four (4) Service Providers will be selected per sub-area in order of priority.
