The purpose of the procurement is to create a framework arrangement with three (3) different operators. The goal is to set joint financial and quality goals with the selected supplier, to which both contracting parties commit. The supplier must be actively involved in the development of the procurement process during the contract period and guide the order / delivery processes in the most advantageous direction for the procurement unit. Price is not the only awarding criterion, and all criteria are mentioned only in the procurement documents. The acquisition includes the rental of air purifiers and their maintenance for approx. 70m3 for the room and approx. 200m3 corridors and lobbies to the premises. In addition to these spaces, the customer may need to place cleaners in G2-classified spaces. These are, for example, operating theatres. The estimated annual rental need for air cleaners is approx. 100 pieces / year for 70m3 premises, approx. 30 pieces / year for 200m3 premises and approx. 10 pcs / year for 140m3 G2 premises. However, the customer does not commit to any purchase quantities, the equipment is only rented according to the customer's needs. The subscriber does not rent a fixed number of devices from the service provider for the entire contract period, but the subscriber adds devices to his properties as needed throughout the contract period.
