HANK Henkilöstön työnohjauspalvelut Tällä hankinnalla haetaan palveluntuottajia Jyväskylän kaupungin työnohjauksen pooliin. Työnohjaus on prosessiluontoista työhön, sen tavoitteisiin ja toimintastrategioihin, työyhteisöön ja työrooleihin liittyvien kysymysten ja tunteiden tutkimista, tiedostamista, jäsentämistä, arvioimista ja kehittämistä yhdessä koulutetun työnohjaajan kanssa. Työnohjauspalveluilla tarkoitetaan koulutetun työnohjaajan avulla tapahtuvaa oman työn tutkimista, arviointia ja kehittämistä. Se on työhön, työyhteisöön ja omaan työrooliin liittyvien kysymysten, kokemusten ja tunteiden yhdessä tulkitsemista ja jäsentämistä. Työnohjauspalveluja tuottavista työnohjaajista kootaan työnohjaajapooli, josta työnohjaajapalvelua tarvitsevat työyksiköt voivat tilata työnohjauspalveluita. Kilpailutus koskee Jyväskylän kaupungin palveluksessa olevan henkilöstön työnohjausta. Hankinnan kohteen oleva työnohjauspalvelu voi olla yksilö-, ryhmä-, työyhteisö-, johdon-, esihenkilö- tai kriisityönohjausta. Hankittava palvelu on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä Palvelunkuvaus. Hankinta koskee kaikkia Jyväskylän kaupungin toimialoja ja liikelaitoksia. Tarjouskilpailulla muodostetaan 20 yrityksen/toimijan pooli, johon valitaan soveltuvimmat palveluntuottajat tarjouspyynnössä nimettyjen kriteereiden perusteella. Kukin palveluntarjoaja voi esittää enintään kolmea (3) työnohjaajaa. Mikäli palveluntarjoaja tarjoaa useampaa kuin yhtä (1) työnohjaajaa, tulee jokaisesta työnohjaajasta jättää erillinen rinnakkaistarjous tarjouspalvelu.fi -portaalissa. Sopimus on määräaikainen ensimmäisen (1) vuoden, jonka jälkeen sopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva kolmen (3) vuoden ajan. Job guidance is process-based research, awareness, structuring, evaluation and development of questions and feelings related to work, its goals and operational strategies, work community and work roles together with a trained work supervisor. Job guidance services refer to research, evaluation and development of one's own work with the help of a trained job supervisor. It is the joint interpretation and structuring of questions, experiences and feelings related to work, the work community and one's own work role. Work supervisors who provide work guidance services are assembled into a work supervisor pool, from which work units that need work guidance services can order work guidance services. The competition concerns the work supervision of personnel employed by the city of Jyväskylä. The work guidance service that is the object of the procurement can be individual, group, work community, management, supervisor or crisis work guidance. The procured service is described in more detail in the Service Description appendix. The procurement applies to all industries and businesses in the city of Jyväskylä. The tender will form a pool of 20 companies/operators, for which the most suitable service providers will be selected based on the criteria specified in the tender request. Each service provider can nominate a maximum of three (3) job supervisors. If the service provider offers more than one (1) work supervisor, a separate parallel offer must be submitted for each work supervisor in the tällingpalvelu.fi portal.
