The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non- discretionary “Pass/Fail” criteria. Post qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance security, Pre-bidding conference’s Evaluation of Bids, Post qualification and Award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The schedule of bidding will be on November 5, 2024 at 9:30 in the morning at Bids& Awards Committee Office. Submission/ Request for Expression of Interest - 1. Advertisement/Posting - October 15, 2024 to October 22, 2024 2. Issuance of Bid Documents - October 16, 2024 to November 4, 2024 3. Pre- Bid Conference October 21,2024 @9:30 a.m. 4.
