The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six and 37 100 Pesos (Php4,999,346.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water System at MAAP Road Brgy. Alas-asin Mariveles, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 118 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.
