Healthcare care and general supplies 2024-2029 DPS Health care care and general supplies 2024-2029 DPS With this announcement, the HUS Group establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DPS) for acquiring various care, hygiene and general supplies used in primary health care and specialized nursing care. The products to be procured are defined in more detail in each internal competition of the dynamic procurement system. We are asking for applications to participate in the "Health care treatment and general supplies 2024-2029" dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also DPS). Various products are purchased from the system, mainly for the use of specialized medical care and basic healthcare. With this dynamic procurement system, HUS aims to acquire such care, hygiene and general supplies whose valid contract period is coming to an end or which are not taken into account in the currently valid procurement contracts or whose procurement need has arisen unexpectedly due to changed needs or care practices. In addition to the HUS group (HUS), products that can be tendered through the dynamic procurement system can be purchased for the owner members of the HUS group (the city of Helsinki, the welfare region of Eastern Uusimaa, the welfare region of Central Uusimaa, the welfare region of Vantaa and Kerava and the welfare region of Western Uusimaa), as well as for the welfare regions of the YTA region (Kymenlaakso welfare area, South Karelia welfare area and Päijät-Häme welfare area) and for the Defense Forces. The entities participating in the procurement are defined separately in each internal competition of the dynamic procurement system. The dynamic procurement system for "Health care care and general supplies 2024-2029" is valid until 31 December 2029, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notification. HUS estimates at the time of publication of the request for participation that 10-40 tenders will be published within the dynamic procurement system during the years 2024-2029. The amount is a preliminary estimate, which can change significantly when the need for competition and the grouping of products becomes clear later. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be approximately EUR 5,000,000.00 (VAT 0%) in the estimated five (5) year contract period. However, the realized value of the procurement depends on the number and scope of the orders and the length of the contract periods of the internal tenders. The value of the acquisition may be significantly lower than the maximum value mentioned above, and the maximum value does not create any quantity purchase obligations for HUS. Participation applications can be submitted to the dynamic procurement system throughout its duration. It is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is suspended or changed while the dynamic procurement system is in effect. The actual procurements are made through internal tenders of the dynamic procurement system, in which the object of the procurement is described and specified. A separate contract is concluded for each internal competition. The contract period is defined separately in the internal competition on a case-by-case basis. A procurement contract made on the basis of internal tendering can continue for a limited period or for an indefinite period of time even after the dynamic procurement system expires. You can apply for the dynamic procurement system as a tenderer if you meet the suitability requirements, which are stated on the ESPD form and in the section Criteria for the object of procurement. It includes all candidates who meet the eligibility requirements. HUS reserves the right to purchase care, hygiene and general supplies as well as additional services related to these, if necessary, also outside of this dynamic procurement system. The dynamic procurement system is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments., 2024-016990 With this announcement, the HUS Group establishes a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DPS) for the acquisition of various care, hygiene and general supplies used in primary health care and specialized nursing care. Neuropsychological rehabilitation for children and young people The object of the procurement is purchase services related to the neuropsychological rehabilitation of patients under the care of the HUS Group (HUS). The procurement concerns rehabilitation for children and young people (under 16 years of age). Neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and young people is medical rehabilitation, the aim of which is to improve the learning and functioning ability of children and young people. Rehabilitation can be aimed at linguistic and visual problems, memory, attention and executive control. It can also be aimed at difficult reading and writing difficulties and problems learning mathematics. The difficulties in social perception and functioning of children and young people can also be alleviated by means of neuropsychological rehabilitation. In addition, rehabilitation can deal with negative emotions related to learning situations and experiences, for example anxiety. In rehabilitation, the child's self-esteem and positive self-image are always supported. Information is provided to the child and his guardians, and cooperation is made with the child's school and the surrounding environment. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas. Sub-area 1: Individual neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adolescents at reception Sub-area 2: Individual neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adolescents outside of reception Sub-area 3: Group neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adolescents Sub-area 4: Neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adolescents at a remote reception The offer can be submitted 1-4 to the sub-area, however, so that if you offer sub-area 2, you must also submit an offer for sub-area 1, and if you offer section 4, you must also offer section 1. Each rehabilitator must submit their own offer with the requested information and attachments. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that although the service providers thus give their offers per rehabilitator, the fact that an individual rehabilitator is accepted through such an offer does not automatically follow him, for example, when moving to the service of a new employer or when the rehabilitator begins to provide a service through his own business name, which is not accepted in this competition. The comparison of offers is made separately for each sub-area on the basis of both price and quality, scoring in a way that is clear from this request for offers (section Basis for decision-making) and the service description. The procurement procedure used is the health and safety procurement procedure designed by the procurement unit itself, which conforms to the open procedure. There is no limit to the number of bidders who will be selected. All bidders who meet the requirements of the sub-area are selected for each sub-area. HUS does not commit to ordering any specific amount of rehabilitation. The object of the procurement and the related mandatory requirements are described in the service description and other tender documents., 1.Neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and young people at the reception Individual neuropsychological rehabilitation can consist of one-on-one meetings between the rehabilitator and the rehabilitator, as well as the participation and guidance of close people. As agreed, rehabilitation can be carried out partially and in certain situations as remote rehabilitation (see sub-area 4)., 2. Neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and young people outside reception Rehabilitation can be carried out partially or in certain situations at the child's/young person's home, daycare center, school or other place belonging to the child's/young person's living environment in the place.
